What type of people will we find in the village?
All types of liberal thinking couples from over Europe, as are the regular visitors to the island of Ibiza.

In any case, the guests are always polite, cosmopolitan and elegant. Many are company directors and liberal professionals.

What is the average age of the guests?
The average age of couples who visited the villa in the summers of 2010 and 2011 was 35 and a half, which means that you will generally find couples aged between 25 and 45.

Do all the guests really look like models?
Don't worry about that. As we said earlier, our guests come from very different places and with different ages. Nevertheless, "the better you feel about yourself the better the others will see you".

A healthy and well looked after body, suitable make up, a well looked after beard and nice clothes will obviously be a good visitors card for the others. You will be expected to be nice and clean. When you feel that you are giving your best, you will receive the same from the others.

What is the price of food and drinks? Are they expensive?
Not at all! All our drinks, including our cocktails, top-brand drinks and Premium bottles are very reasonable. Also, if you choose to stay Full Board, soft drinks, wine, beer and water are included in with your lunches and dinners. And if that were not enough, all accommodation options include a drinks voucher that you are free to enjoy at our facilities.

Breakfast is included for all the different accommodation options, and Full Board also includes lunches and dinners based on a tasting menu. Furthermore, our à la carte restaurant is open from midday to midnight to meet all your needs, including a selection of fabulous snacks that you can enjoy by the pool.

What is the best for us? Staying at the village or purchasing a Day Pass?
It is always better to stay at the village, enjoy the sun nude at the swimming pool, take part in the activities carried out every day, get to know the other couples gradually, discover the secrets of this wonderful island with us... although unfortunately there are not always rooms available and we are therefore happy for you to come occasionally with a Day Pass.

There are even guests who can't stay with due to lack of rooms who purchase Day Passes for all their holiday on the island and they end up being almost part of the family... although they have to go home to sleep every night.

Do we have to become members?
Yes, all the first time couples have to become members. To do so you have to fill in a form (don't forget any type of ID). We will then give you our carnet.

Are men on their own allowed to enter the village?
Definitely not. The private village is only designed for couples.

How do we have to dress?
To maintain the standards of the villa, all couples are expected to dress appropriately on their arrival, if they are coming to stay or if they are visiting with a Day Pass. However, once inside the hotel, you can choose to sunbathe naked by the pool (you are advised to wear a bathrobe between your room and the pool). The restaurant is the only place where you must be dressed.

And in the evening, couples are expected to don their finest and most suggestive ensembles, with beautiful underwear. Every night, from midnight onwards, couples must shed their clothes to enter the games area and enjoy a glamorous and sexy evening where lingerie will be on show in all its glory.

Is it compulsory to wear lingerie from midnight onwards?
At the start of the evening, we would like the guests to wear their best clothes, but after midnight, everybody should end up in their underwear. The boys usually wear boxer shorts and the girls delicate erotic lingerie.

Is taking part in the activities obligatory?
No, not at all. You are free to experience your own erotic experience without the need to include any other couple in your games. Although it is true that most of the village's guests come to enjoy activities together with other couples.

Could visiting such a place be harmful for our relationship?
Contrary to what many may think, most relationships improve after their first experience.

Is swinging compulsory?
Not at all! What happens in the village will only depend on you, on if you want to "go one step further" and, of course, if you like the other couples. In any case, remember that nobody is obliged to do anything.

Is the hotel very crowded?
The villa is designed so that, during the day, up to 30 couples can be easily around the pool. In the evening, up to 45 couples can attend our parties.

We believe that these numbers are just right to allow our guests to enjoy the villa and combine a relaxing holiday with magical moments of fantasy.

How do we contact other couples?
In the most natural way possible, either at the swimming pool, in the bar or in the games area. For our guests contacting and having a good time with the other couples is really simple.

Do we have to book far in advance?
As the capacity of the village is limited, the earlier you book the more chances of being successful. This not only affects the rooms but also the Day Passes. You’ll see that early bookings benefit from better prices than last-minute ones.

What is my chance of having a good time in the “Private Village”?
